EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!

Thank you for thinking of Bashas' Family of Stores to support your community work. We are currently working on enhancements to our donation process and will not be accepting ANY donation requests from 7/12 – 7/27.

As part of those enhancements, we will be moving all donation requests to a new portal for The Raley’s Companies, which will be open to accept new donations (and see/track any previously submitted requests) on 7/27.

Starting on 7/27 you will be able to reach that system by using the URL below. We would encourage you to bookmark this new address, as this page will eventually not be visible.

Purposeful Giving
Since 1932, Bashas' has donated more than $100 million to thousands of K-12 accredited schools, churches, municipalities & local nonprofit organizations through Gift Card, Product or Monetary Support.

   How It Works

  • The Charity of the Month program is planned annually.
  • Applications must be made through our online portal, during the open application period.
  • Bashas’ Community Giving team reviews all requests.
  • Organizations must provide direct services where Bashas’ Family of Stores operate.
  • Organizations must be a 501(c)3 in good standing.


Due to the volume of requests we receive, please take a moment to review the guidelines and procedures we have in place prior to submitting your request.

How It Works

  • Purposeful Giving donation requests must be made through our online portal. We do not accept requests via email or phone calls. 
  • The request must be received at least 90 days prior to the date needed to be considered.
  • Organizations must be located in a city or town where Bashas’ Family of Stores operates a store (this could include a Bashas’, Bashas’ Diné Market, AJ’s Fine Foods, Food City or Eddie’s Country Store).
  • Bashas’ provides support to organizations once per year.
  • Organizations must be a 501(c)3 in good standing.


 

Requests that fall outside our giving guidelines include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Third-party requests, such as an organization or team raising funds on behalf of another nonprofit

  • Individual sponsorships, such as sports, beauty, scholastic, or talent competitions and events

  • Funding for capital campaigns, infrastructure projects, or large grants

  • Events or fundraisers benefiting an individual

  • National or international relief efforts

  • Travel costs or trips

  • Political campaigns or efforts
